The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has launched a new leaflet:   E. coli - how to protect the children in your care. The leaflet – which was written with help from childcare workers and public health professionals – gives advice on preventing the spread of E. coli.   It also gives tips on cleaning up and washing laundry after a child has been ill.
